Day 16 Saturday May 8th 2010 ... CLEAN UP DAY AND VOLLEYBALL DAY


Today I knew it was not going to go that well , we had to clean up because our house was messy . We had a party one day before so we have to do the clean up. I woke up at 12 , and started to help my mom clean and my sisters as well. After when I was done the clean up I had a glass of water with some fruits. I was really tired to even go to the gym , so me and my sisters played volleyball in our backyard. We played it for atleast an hour it was fun ! I was now like we should play volleball offten , I am so happy that I try new things everytime and it is all thanks to my family as well they always come up with these entertaing plans. After the volleyball games my mom made all of us lunch , for lunch I had a turkey sandwich and some salad with orange juice to drink with. That sandwich made my day go better it was so good ! I just love food but nowdays I am keeping a limit since I want to be physical active and my goal is to look healthy before my birthday . My birthday was coming up just 5 more days It was , my family was planning a surprise for me already. Overall today was just all about Spending time with the family and having a great time playing volleyball . Lastly , for dinner I just had a Salad again with some water . I went to sleep right after my dinner which was really early for me , it was around 9:00pm.

Day 15 Friday may 7th 2010 THANKS GOD IT IS A FRIDAY :)


I am so happy because it is a Friday finally and today is hopefully going to be a good day because I am having a little get together at my house with my close friends and me and my mom are going to cook some great food today !

I woke up at 9:00am , went for my daily walk came back home just ate a half bagel with cream cheese and milk to drink with. My Mother had told me that I have a dentist appoitment around 2:30pm so I have to sign out early from school. I went to school , stayed until 2 and then left for my appoitment. The dentist told me that I should get braces and I think I should to so I am going to be getting them in 2 weeks. When the appoitment was finished I went home to help my mom out for the evening , we made loads of food such as , Biryani , Pasta , Salad , Tandrooi chicken , and for dessert my mom just bought chocolate fudge cake. I was so excited to have a piece of that cake because chocoalte cake is my personal favourite. I did not even get to do any physical healthy activite but I sure did yoga for 20 mins with my mom. My friends came over at 6 , we did a lot of things such as dancing , talking about interesting things and just chilling out there. I had a great day and was really happy ! Overall all my fridays come out to be good and im glad they do .

Day 14 thrusday may 6th DESSERTDAY AGAIN


Today once again was going to be our dessert day which is every thursdays as you know and I am very excited when thursdays come because it is close to fridays and I love it when the weekend comes closer. I woke up at 10:00am , did not go for walk but I just did a warm up at home by doing push ups and sit ups. My mother told me that today when I am done school me and her are going to be going the gym and that she needs my help there because it was going to be her first time going there. I was really excited because going to the gym with a family member I think is very much unique and fun you would enjoy yourself better there. Today I ate in the morning was just an egg sandwich with a cup of tea. I rushed myself to school , had a wonderful day in class today everything was just great. After school I met up with my mom at the sheridan gym we workedout for 2 hours and then after our great workout my mom decided to treat me dinner because I helped her out a lot in the gym. For dinners me and my mom went to SWISS CHALET and I orderd chicken quisedea. It was delicious just to good I loved it , yet again today was dessert night , so after our dinner my dad met up with us along with my sisters at DEMETRES :) I just got a slice of CHEESE CAKE which was so tasty and good. Demetre usually have the best cheese cake in town I reccommend everyone out there to go try it. When I got home that night I thought to myself wow I probably gain a lot of weight but i did not. I did my homework and went to sleep around 11. Overall my day was pretty intresting especially spending the time with my mom at the gym , it made me feel that I can help my mom learn new things ! and I am very proud of myself.

Day 13 Wednesday May 5 ---- oh no night school again !


Today was going to be a tough day for me because I had night school once again and no time for me going to workout. I woke up at 9:00am , went for my daily routine walk came back watched some tv. My mother made me Grill Chesse sandwiches with whole wheat bread and a glass of fresh milk. Now thats what I call a great MEAL ! My mom was telling me that she will be starting to go the gym from tomorrow and she had already got the membership , I was like thats a good thing because we can go together as well. I went to school and then during break I had an apple. After school as my daily routine for night school I took the bus to SHERIDAN and then take the GO bus. I feel that I really should go get my g2 because I really want to have my own car so I can travel by myself not by the bus . I went to night school and I was just working on my journal assingment , and after that we were watching a movie which was called BIG FISH. The movie was so long it made me feel like going to sleep we weren't finish the movie , the teacher said that we have to finish watching it the next class which was on Monday !

I was like oh great another day of watching this movie. When I got home I was so hungry I was litreally dieing to eat. My mom had made pizza , so I just grabbed a slice and ate it.

I fell asleep right after my dinner because I had a really tiring day and it was boring except for having the GRILL CHEESE in the morning !

day 12 Tuesday may 4 Mcdonalds day out :)


Today was going to be a good day because I have time to do my workout and go out with my close friends. My day begain with me waking up at 9:30 , went for my one hour walk came home and had a glass of milk with a whole wheat toasted bagel with herban garlic cream cheese.

My mom told me that she wanted me to do yoga with her today and I told her whenever I come back home I will defenitly do it with her. My daily routne , went to school after school went to the gym for my workout. My workout went well , when it was finished I went to eat with some close friends , we went to Mcdonalds . I know Mcdonalds is not good for your health but me and my friends felt hey we haven't had it for along time so why not . Mcdonalds had some healthy things there so I had 2 chicken grill wraps with Coke Zero to drink with. I felt this food was not that bad atleast I didn't get any of the burger combos and fries , if i orderd that it would ruin my goal and my weight losing process. When I was done eating my food , me and my friends went to Oakville place , and did some shopping over there. I went home around 5;00pm , my mom was waiting for me . We did yoga right away and it was really enjoyable. I told my mom she should join the gym as well and she thought about it and said yes you are right because she wants to be physical active as well. That evening me and my sister talked about our goals and our future , we had a pretty serious talk. Before going to sleep I had a glass of milk and then I went to sleep peacefully which was around 10pm. Overall today was a great day having Mcdonalds that was the bestest part of my day because I did not have Mcdonalds for along time !

Day 11 monday may 3rd , 2010

Oh no it is a monday again and I dislike mondays and sundays a lot. I woke up around 9:30 am went for my hour daily walk , came back ate cereal. Today I thought I should pack a healthy lunch , so I packed some fruits , a whole wheat egg salad sandwich , which I made and some fresh orange juice. I left for school around 11:30 , went to class learnt new things Infact i enjoyed todays class. When it was break time I had my lunch and one of my friends was like wow and surprised that I was eating something healthy and I told her it is good for your health and you should do it as well , like eat healthy things. She looked at me and said yeah you are right I should keep myself healthy and have a maintain body. After school I took the bus to sheridan college because I take my night school GO bus from there. I had night school that evening I was just like oh know I do not feel like going at all but I have to because I want to pass the course and get my credit. Night school for me was really tiring , When I got home that night I just ate some salad and a garlic bread. I did not even get to do any physical activites but one thing I had healthy food today , once again proud of myself ! I went to sleep after my dinner around 11:00pm that was my day on monday .

Day 10 Sunday May 2nd 2010 boring day ! but a lots of ENERGY !


Today Did not go that well , since it was a sunday , sundays are usually very boring for me and very lazy day for me.

I woke up very late as in around 12:00pm , I only sleep in on sundays. When I woke up my mother had told me today we are going to my grandmas house for dinner and I was like that will be boring but not being rude I do have respect I will go because I respect my mother a lot and plus I did not have seen my grandma for a while so why not. My mom and I did some yoga again and we went for a jog outside for atleast a hour , so no walking today just jogging. When I came back home me and my sister decided to play basketball outside my house , we have a basket ball net . We played for at least 45 mins , I was actually very tired but It made me feel I have loads of energy today ! and I was really physical active.

But today still did not go that well because of me being so lazy and I found everything boring , I didn't even eat anything right, during the day I just had a glass of orange juice and a half carrot muffin. I did my homework and then got ready for my grandmas house. At my grandmas house we were going to have dinner , the dinner was all our culture food . I ate like rice and meat , felt very bored there. We came home around 9pm , I went to bed right away !

Overall today was pretty boring but in a way a very active day for me.

Day 9 Saturday May 1st my mommy coming back :)


Today was going to be a great day because my mom was coming back from her one week vancover vacation !

I Woke up early at 7:ooam , I wanted everything to be perfect before she comes , she was going to be coming around 12:00pm. So I cleaned the whole house took me atlest 2 hours and my sisters helped me as well . Also me and my sisters were making a lunch for my mother , we were making my culture rice which is called Chicken Biryani - All Recipes . Chicken biryani is very good and tasty a lot of people would love to eat it , we were making it for my mom also because it is her favourite traditional rice. I made sure even though I was making everything perfect for today I still did not forget to go for my daily walk , but I went for only 30 mins today. I came back home right at 12 , my mom arrived at 12:30 at home :) and We surprised her with the whole house being nice and clean and making her favourite rice , she was really happy !

I told my mom I was going to the gym for my workout and she said okay fine go but do come back early because I want to spend sometime with you. I went to the gym from 2-4pm , I rushed myself home to spend some vauleable time with my mother. My mother was really happy that I made sure everything was good this past week she was gone and she was proud me of making some good decisions by going to the gym and eating healthy. I was normally known as a junk food eater but now I made myself a active person which made me very proud of myself. That evening me and my mom both did some yoga because my mom loves doing yoga , it was something new for me was really interesting. Yoga helps your body out as well , Overall my day was great I was so happy for my mommy to come back and for dinner I loved eating the chicken biryani !

Day 8 Friday April 30th -----A Nightmare on Elm Street !


Well finally it's a friday and this friday I had special plans with some of my close friends , during the evening.

My day begain with waking up at 9am , went for my daily walk came back in a hour. Today I felt eating something diffrent not the same old things I usually eat , So I made myself my culture breakfast which was something like bread but our tradition bread with some butter and jam it was delicious.

After the breakfast I made sure everything was fine at home , and today I had no school so that was the bestest thing ever I was so ready to go the gym for my workout. I went to the gym around 11:00am until 1:30pm. I was so excited and happy to do my fitness activites today it was such a relaxing day , no sterss , no school just me and my workouts. My work out overall went well I actually tried something very interesting which was the dance room and I put my ipod on and danced In the room for atleast 30 mins it was so fun , because dance is my passion I just enjoy it ! When I was done from the gym I went to eat Subway , I bought a whole wheat sub wit tuna and some veggies on it , for the drink I got a water bottle. Now that was a healthy lunch and It made me so proud of myself . I went home around 2:00pm and took a shower , cooked some dinner for my sisters and dad but not for myself because Iwas going out tonight with my girls .

I got ready and left my house around 7:00pm me and my girl friends went to the movies to watch A Nightmare on Elm Street , it was the first day of the movie coming out we got our tickets from before it was pretty packed. The movie scared me a lot and when I got home that night I felt something would happen to me I was all pancked and thought whoever lives on elm street or road might be dangerous for them. At the movies I just had a snack which was nachos and cheese with diet coke. I was not that hungry when I got home I was just scared. I went to sleep right away with my sister in her room , because me and my sister both have this thing if we watch a scary movie we must sleep together not alone and its more safer I guess. Overall my day today was amazing loads of fun things but the most that made me happy was I was working really hard for achiveing my goals.

Day 7 Thursday April 29th :) Dessert night out ;)


Finally it is thursday and it is one more day until the weekend is here. My thursdays are usually planned out very well and every thursdays I have a thing called dessert with my family. This dessert thing is only on this day because me and my family usually go out to demeteres to have some delcious dessert , which we rarely eat anyway , so we just go as a family and it is a lot of fun we enjoy a lot. Whenever we go to demetres I always order a tounge depresser which is a waffle with chocolate ice cream with brownie fudge and wip cream , it also comes on a crepe as well but I prefer waffle because it is way better !

My day begain at 8am , I went for my daily walk for an hour came back home basically around 9:10ish am. When I got back I begain to think that I should work on some of the goals I have made. My goals to me are really important once I make them I follow them very carefully and gracefuly , the goals are : to keep myself healthy , make right decisions , finish school by end of this year and lastly workouts ! Today I was like my workouts going to be a must and I do have time to do it. I went to school and after school I straight headed to the gym. Overall my gym was great , My workouts were so entertaining and My friends went with me as well. I went for atleast 2 hours so I can burn some calories and work for my goal.

After the gym , it was around 6:00pm My dad picked me up from there and we went to our special dessert place demeters. It was me my two sisters and my dad , we really missed my mom at that moment because she is usually with us when we go out for our dessert night out.

It was amazing there , the atmoshphere and the setting everything is great there. I thought i am breaking one of my goals because the thing I was eating wasn't healthy at all but its a family tradition going out every thursday , so I cannot break the rules. When I got home I did my homeowork and went to bed around 10pm. I loved my thursday and I always do because the best part is the dessert night out !

Congo Movie Questions


1. What human behaviours affect the natural order in this film ?


I think that the human behaviours affect the natural ored in this film by how people react towards the situation they resolve in and how they are showing they actually care towards amy.



2. What are these people really looking for ?


These people are actually looking for the laser diamond which is a very Valuable to the people and it is worth a lot. The diamond is actually lying in the zinj house. Also one of the characters in the movie peter is taking care of amy and helping amy find her family .


3. Knowning that this is based on a film , after watching it , would/ will you read the book ?


yes I would want to read the book because the movie was really interesting , and I never knew that some gorilla's can be so violent . Also I think reading the book can give me more Knowledge and information about gorillaz and natural human behaviours.


4. Why after watching some very serious studies , would we watch something like Congo ?


Honestly , I did not know we would watching something like Congo but watching this movie made me realize that this can actually be serious and the life of gorillaz are serious as well. Not only we have watched movies relating to natrual disasters , this movie shows a great relationship between amy and the character peter.


5. How many thumbs for this film ? why ?


I would give out of ten eight tumbs for this film because I enjoyed watching it and I learned new things as well. Also I loved the relationship with peter and amy , and amy being such a graceful gorilla.

My personal Comment On : Hookah craze sparks warnings

I Personally think this aritcle is a good way to show viewers that smoking is a bad thing for your health , either it is smoking , cigarette , drugs , and hookah . I think the younger generation just loves to do fun things and they think that hookah or smoking whatever gives them joy but actually they need to learn whats good for them and whats not good for them. I myself admit I do smoke Hookah , once in a while but I do not go near any heavy smoking such as cigarette and drugs. I do not agree to one thing and which is like stopping hookah and like closing stores down and stuff because I think smoking hookah just once in a while is fine but not like constantly , then it is wrong but overall I think hookah is normal , becauase you don't Necessarily have to smoke tobacco . They have a herbal smoking hookah which does not affect you that bad it is way better then tobacco. Some hookah places now have stopped giving out tobacco and they are serving you with herbal because that is much better and safer for you.

Day 6 Wednesday April 28th 2010

Oh Know it's a Wednesday and I usually do not enjoy my Wednesdays. Wednesdays for me are like going to day school and from day school going to night school. That shows my day is very busy and a really outgoing day. I woke up around 8:30 am , made sure that everything at home was fine , I woke my sister up made her take her medication and made sure she was fine. So after seeing everything was alright , I went for my daily walk for this time actually an hour and half. I came home around 10:30 am and felt really good getting that walk , it made me relxed. When I got home I made myself coffee and a toast of bread with peanut butter and jam , After my food I got dressed and went to school. At break time during school I took some fruits , which were apples , grapes , oranges , strawberry and bananas it was more like a fruit salad. When school was over I took the bus to sheridan and went to there libray did some of my homework for like an hour . I left from there around 5:30pm I took my bus and went to my night school. I was so lazy and tired but I still had the energy to be awake in class. I was like thinking about myself and how to make some goals for my life , and I thought I would do such things that I can achieve my goals. I was home around 10:00pm that night was a really tiring day for me and stressful in a way as well , because I had a lots of homework to be done.
I was really hungry so decided to make myself dinner , I made myself boiled pasta with tomatoe sauce and some Parmesan Cheese. The pasta was amazing I also made it for my sisters and they complamented me once again ! I washed the dishes , made sure the kitchen was neat and clean , put my sisters to bed and then after I myself went to bed. This Wednesday was not that great but I did set some goals for myself that I really need to work on ! and achieve them and one day Im sure i will....

Day 5 Tuesday April 27th 2010


Another Usual day was going to begain , I woke up around 9am thought that I can go shopping today but I guess I was wrong because my sister was at home and she had to be home for 2 weeks because she was suffering with phenomia in her lungs . Also my mother was not here so I had to take care of my sister. I didn't even go for my daily walk :(.... I made my sister soup at home and I made myself a toast with Strawberry Jam ! After that I was told from my sister that I had to take her to the Doctors so I need to sign out early from school. I got ready quickly Rushed myself to school , stayed at my class until 1pm left then because my sisters appoitment was around 2pm. When I got home I took my sister to the doctors . When her appoitment was done Me and my sister went to the mall and I bought a lot of things and bought my sister things as well because I love her a lot and care a lot about her. We went to the mall Square One Which is in Missisauga ! Me and my sister Decided to have dinner there , I bought my sister soup from tim hortens and myself Sushi from Sushi-Q . My sister thought Sushi was really dusgusting , I told it is not and she should try it as well but she did not . I myself use to think sushi is very dusgusting as well but then my mom and some of my close friends told me it is actually not that bad , So I thought in my head why shouln't I try something new and differrent ! and when I did i actually fell in Love with it.. Whenever I go to the mall Square One I always don't forget to get SUSHI. Also I Have heard that sushi is very healthy for you and good for your health then maybe thats why I considred eating it. When I got home that evening I felt kind of bad because I did not get to go for my walk and to the gym , so then I decided going on a evening walk with my dad. We went from 8pm until 9 pm . It was fun because me and my dad talked about a lot of interesting things and when we got home I served my dad dinner I just made him a Vegetable Stir Fry which he enjoyed a lot... I felt really good being responsible at home when my mom wasn't there it made me feel that I can be a very good person for taking care of my own family. After everything I washed my face , brushed my teeth , put my two sisters to bed and went to sleep around 11pm. This day was a very good day because first thing was I enjoyed it at the mall with my sister and then Making me feel so respobsible for my family !

Cholera is an intestinal infection caused by ingestion of contaminated water or food.


17. How is it spread from person to person ?

It is spread from person to person by usually eating food or drinking water that is contaminted with the bacteria that causes cholera , vibrio cholera. Also it is because it spreads by you not being clean and giving out your food to someone else.

18. Why is it repeatedly affecting people in Iraq ?

It is repatedly affecting the people in iraq because of there quility of water and sanitation is really poor.


19. What is preventing the spread of cholera in Canada ?

It is not preventing anything because our water is safe and it is not contaminted . Also our water is fresh and clean it is all sanatized . Also we keep our things always clean and washed .

Day 4 Monday April 26 :)


Mondays is usually a stressful day for me because it is the begning of the week and I have day school and Night school as well. I woke very early around 6:30 am and made breakfast for my sisters and father because my mother was gone to Vancover. I made Scrumbled eggs , toast , sunny side up eggs and French toasts.

The breakfast was amazing everyone enjoyed it and they all complemented me by saying " it was really delicious and the best breakfast you have made in your life. I felt very special when they said that and my dad gave me a prize for making a good breakfast for everyone , he gave me 300 dollars for shopping ! my dad knows i love shopping. When he gave me that prize I felt so excited I was like I am for sure going to go shopping right now at that moment but then sadly I have school :( which made me upset but then I thought I will go in the evening

but then again bad news Night school. So I decided to go on tuesday the next day. After my wonderful breakfast it was 8 am I got ready went for my usual daily walks for one hour , when my walk was done I went home around 9:15ish , watched a little about tv , cleaned a little bit of the house.

It was 11 am , then I ready for school went to school by 12ish , my class started at 12:20. School was a rough day for me because I never ever like Monday school days because it is the begning of the week and I think it is usually boring but then yet One good thing of the day is that I always do learn something new from my classes weather its from day school health for life or from night school english . When day school was over I took the bus to Sheridan College I usually do that on Mondays and Wednesdays because My night school Go bus comes there and my night school is in Milton I know it is far but then they werent offering the course anywhere closer and I needed this credit so it's fine. When I got to night school I was so hungry because I did not eat anything ever since my breakfast I only had a water bottle with me. On my break time in night school I went outside to a plaza which is close by , I went to mr sub . I made a really healthy sub with all vegetables it was amazing. My night class was over at 9:30 I felt upset because I didn't get to do two things which one of them was a must , it was going to the gym , I usually do not have time to go there on mondays or wednesdays.

I got home around 10 , had a snack which was a bread with Nutella in it with a glass of milk.

I went to bed around 10:30 because I was really tired and did not have anything else to do.

Day 3 Sunday April 25 !




Oh know it's a Sunday and I always find Sunday pretty boring . My day basically begain me waking up around 7 am because my mother was leaving for the airport her flight was at 10 so we all got ready and went for a family breakfast. I didn't have time to go for my daily walk I did feel bad then i was like it is okay if I miss it


for a day. For breakfast me and my family went to Denny's that was pretty interesting ! The breakfast over there is very nice , I had something called the " The Grand Slam" which is a very popular breakfast in their menu.


I got to choose 4 items so i chosed :


. Toast


. Scrumbled eggs


. Hashbrowns


. And hashbrowns again !


for the drink I had french Vanilla.




That breakfast does sound exciting but it seemes like I had a lot of calories and I think I should really work on my goal to lose some weight and look fit for my birthday but I guess I thought it's fine just for today. After the wonderful breakfast we went to the airport to drop my mom. Even though my mom is leaving for a week and a half I started to cry in the airport when she was leaving because me and her are really close. I went home after the airport and went to sleep for 2 hours. I woke up around 1pm then went for my walk that I missed in the morning , I came back from my walk around 2:20ish. After my walk I did some of my school homework watched a movie and then spent time with my sistes. Sundays are usually a lazy day for me not much to do I dont even go to the gym this day because it just seems way to boring. My sundays are boring as I said but i had a great dinner with my sisters and dad. We ate around 7:30pm and had brown food and the brown food was called Biryani it is our traditonal rice it was just to tasty.




After having my delicious dinner I cleaned up as in did the dishes and cleaned the whole kitchen . I went to sleep really early well it is early for me I don't know if its early for others , It was around 9pm. I went to sleep early because sundays for me is a boring day and nothing better to do so why not sleep !


Day 2 Saturday April 24 !


I just love it when it is Saturdays because it's the weekend and you can do a lot of

interesting and fun things on your weekend. My day begain with me wakeing up around 10:00am then I got ready went out for my usual routine my one hour walk. I came back from my walk around 11:10ish then I had breakfast for breakfast I eggs and toast :) that sounds yummy ! Whenever I have eggs and toast I always drink it with orange juice . After having my amazing breakfast I got ready and went to the Sheridan gym and worked out for 2 hours. So i went around 12 and basically i was there until 2 , It made me really tired but it is worth it you should always be physical active and plus I needed to lose some weight for my birthday . For my work out I did things like :

. Weights for 20 mins

. 20 Sit ups

. 20 Push ups

. Ran on a threadmill for atleast 30 mins

. danced they had a dancing room

. Did a stomach exersize don't know whats it called.


Overall my work out was perfect i totally enjoyed it ! but it did make me tired. Then after the gym I went home and that saturday my mother was leaving for vancover for a week and half. I was kind of upset because I know I will miss my mother a lot even though she is going for that shor of time but still I am really close with her.

My dad thought we should all go out for dinner before my Mother leaves then we all went for dinner around 7pm . We went to Mandrine all you can eat chinese buffet ! I was so excited because chinese is my favourite food.

I ate a lot I hope I did not gain a lot of calories because I did go to the gym and had a nice workout.

After eating that food I went home spent time with my mother she was leaving on sunday morning.


I went to sleep around 12am. Saturday wasn't very much to do but i enjoyed my work out !

Day 1 Friday April 23rd !


Fridays for me is usually a very busy day ! My day begain with waking up around 9 am and then I got ready and

went outside for a walk for an hour.

I enjoy going on walks It is my daily routine going on a walk for an hour everday whenever I wake up in the morning. When i came back from my walk it was about 10:05 ish then , I had some breakfast to eat and I had Pankcakes and some milk to drink ! .That was a delicious breakfast :) it made my morning even better.

After my breakfast it was around 10:45 I got ready for school and left my house around 11:15ish . My dad dropped me off to school around 11:30 . My class starts at 12:20 so i was about an hour early for class..

When class started it was actually pretty interesting this class has made me learn really new things that i didn't even know ! After class I took the bus to sheridan College in Oakville I got there by 4:10 ish....

I usually go to sheridan college on fridays because me and my close friends meet up there and then we go out and do something fun and exciting ! So this friday when I got there we decided to go somewhere nice to eat

so we ended up going to Boston pizza near Amc Winston Churchill ! we took the bus to go there and got there by 5ish..... I ate a Small basic Cheese Pizza with a coke to drink with and it was amazing because i love eating cheese pizza and this wasn't a oridnary cheese pizza it was extra cheese lol....

When we were done from boston pizza it was around 7pm , and then again we decided to go have some dessert at Demetres which is also in the Amc Winston Churchill Plaza. Me and my friend just shared a cheese cake because we were kinda full so we just thought why not just share it.

During that evening I told my friends my birthday is coming up and i actually want to lose some weight and look really fit ! we usually go to the sheridan gym only 2 days a week. So then we all thought we should now go more often atleast 5 times a week because my birthday is just in 2 and half weeks pretty close.

I came home around 9 pm talked with my parents and sisters , and then after I just watched tv , went on the compture . After I went to sleep around 11pm. My day was a tiring day and overall i enjoyed it !

The products they are selling are pretty straight forward , they are for any people who play sports such as the main sport would be basket ball. The products include , running shoes , clothing and things to do with sports.

I personally think that these ads are great and they are doing a good job promoting it. Nike was really popluar and still is a lot of people enjoy buying there things. I suggest all the people who play basketball go out there and buy NIKE Items !

Healthy Eating !

Mel's Question : " I keep reading about the importance of getting the proper nutrients in food i eat. What exactly are the nutrients I need ?"

My response to Mel's question : Mel i think the nutrients you need are the six classified nutrients , which are carbohydrates , protiens , fats , Vitamins , Minerals and water.


Ameera's question : "I heard that eating foods rich in carbohydrates is recommended for healthy living. What are the carbohydrates , and what do they do for the body ? what foods should I eat to increase my intake of carbohydrates ?"

My response to Ameera's question : Ameera , carbohydrates are the starches and sugars present in your foods. They give your body carbon , oxygen , hydrogen. Also they make your body have energy including four calories per gram. The foods you should eat are : whole grains , seeds , nuts , beans and vegetables such as Potatoes.

Joel's question : "My doctor suggested that I increase my intake of protein. What foods would you suggest I eat?"

My response : Joel I suggest you to eat a lots of meat products and many soybean products. This will help you increase your intake of protein.

Mei Lin's question : "I always thought that eating fat was bad for you . Now I read that some fats are good for you. What are the facts ?"

My response : Mei Lin , you should be aware that some fats are in diet and it is necessary for your own good health. There are many facts on fats and you should read all the main roles about it and understand them , to have a good choice for yourself.

Megan's question : " I know I get Vitamins and minerals from my food , but does the body store and use every vitamin in the samy way ?"

My response : Megan , there are different kinds of vitamins for your body cells and they all work differently. Also the body doesn't store these vitamins , so you really need to know about them regularly and know what foods you eat in your daily Basis.

Kwame's Question : Everyone says that you have to drink a lot of water every day. What is so important about water ?".

My response : Kwame's water is very important for you because it transports other nutrients to and carries wastes from your cells. Also water helps you maintain normal body temprature. It is really important to drink water atleast 2 litres a day to maintain your health.

Heart And Stroke


According to the Health Risk Assessment Report it says that my family history has many things to do with diabetes or high blood sugar , high blood pressure , high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease early in life.

It says about me that i have already started to make some healthy changes and i am going in a right path if i really work on it it can help me reach the level of success i deserve. Overall i am in a good path but it does tell me that i need to talk with my healthcare provider about taking a blood test because it might concern a high blood sugar problem . Also it says i need to talk to my health care provider about blood pressure and it get checked as soon as possible because there may be a problem because of my family history.

Basically now i need to do is to go and check out my blood pressure and high blood sugar thing and i hope there wont be anything wrong .

On facebook right now i have a positive comment from my friends and i always do because my friends never right anything neagative on my facebook which makes me feel very good about my self and my friends.
